Refund / Return Policy
This policy explains when order adjustments may be issued, when cancellation is possible, how partial and failed orders are handled and why approved refunds are normally returned to the customer’s Faraz SMM panel balance.
Last updated: 24 July 2026Faraz SMM provides digital services. There is no physical product to return. Completed deposits are generally not withdrawable, and approved order adjustments are normally credited to panel balance rather than sent to an external payment method.
1. General Refund Rule
Users must review the service name, description, minimum, maximum, refill terms, delivery estimate, target link and quantity before placing an order.
Once an order begins processing or is marked Completed, the order is generally final and cannot be reversed simply because the customer changed their mind.
2. Deposit and Panel-Balance Policy
Deposits are added to the user’s Faraz SMM panel balance for purchasing available services. Completed deposits are generally not refundable or withdrawable after they have been credited.
- Panel balance is intended for use on Faraz SMM services.
- Approved order refunds are normally credited to panel balance.
- Cash withdrawals are not normally available.
- Payment fees, bonuses or promotional credits may not be refundable.
3. Completed or Delivered Orders
Orders marked Completed or Delivered are generally non-refundable after the service has been fulfilled.
If a completed order appears incorrect, the customer should first compare the current count with the recorded start count and allow the target platform time to update visible statistics.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation may only be possible while an order remains Pending and has not entered processing. Cancellation is not guaranteed because some orders are submitted automatically.
- Pending orders may be reviewed for cancellation.
- Processing or In Progress orders normally cannot be cancelled.
- Completed orders cannot be cancelled.
- Duplicate or incorrect orders are not automatically eligible for cancellation.
5. Partial Orders
If only part of the ordered quantity can be delivered, the order may be marked Partial. The delivered portion remains charged, while the value of the undelivered portion is normally returned automatically to panel balance.
The partial adjustment is calculated according to the quantity that could not be delivered.
6. Cancelled, Failed or Unavailable Services
If an order cannot start because the service is unavailable or a supplier cannot process it, the order may be cancelled and the applicable amount returned to panel balance.
A failed order may require review before an adjustment is issued.
7. Incorrect Links and Customer Error
No refund or cancellation is guaranteed where the customer:
- Submits the wrong profile, post, page, video or channel link.
- Places an order for a private or inaccessible target.
- Deletes the target or changes the username or URL during delivery.
- Selects the wrong service or enters the wrong quantity.
- Places duplicate or overlapping orders on the same target.
- Uses another provider while the Faraz SMM order is active.
8. Private, Deleted or Changed Targets
Orders may fail when an account becomes private, content is deleted, a username changes or the submitted link becomes unavailable.
Refund, cancellation and refill eligibility may be refused where the target was changed or made inaccessible by the customer.
9. Refill Instead of Refund
For services that include refill coverage, eligible drops may be handled through refill rather than refund. Refill duration and conditions depend on the selected service.
Refill may not apply where the target is private, changed, deleted, affected by another provider or outside the stated refill period.
10. How to Request a Review
Contact support as soon as reasonably possible after identifying an issue. For faster review, include:
- Order ID.
- Target link.
- Order status.
- Recorded start count and current count where relevant.
- A clear explanation of the requested adjustment.
- Payment reference where the issue concerns a deposit.
Support normally reviews requests within approximately 24–72 hours, but complex cases, supplier checks or payment investigations may require more time.
11. Review and Final Decision
Refund and cancellation decisions are based on order status, supplier records, start count, delivery history, service description and customer-provided information.
Faraz SMM may approve a full adjustment, partial adjustment, refill, cancellation or rejection of the request depending on the evidence available.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Faraz SMM support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. A chargeback may temporarily restrict the account while the transaction and service history are reviewed.
Fraudulent disputes, false claims or chargeback abuse may result in suspension or permanent account closure.
13. Promotional Credits and Bonuses
Bonus balance, coupons, promotional credits and manually issued rewards may have separate restrictions and are generally not refundable or withdrawable.
14. Changes to This Policy
Faraz SMM may update this policy when payment methods, supplier rules, service conditions or operational requirements change.
Updated wording applies from the date it is published on the website.
