1. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Submission

This is an automatic system, so once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled or edited. Please double-check everything before ordering.

2. Refill Guarantee Rules

Refills are not guaranteed if the start count decreases after your order is completed. In such cases, we cannot provide a refill.

3. Partial Orders Explained

A partial order occurs when we are unable to deliver the full quantity. The undelivered amount will be refunded to your balance.

Example: If you ordered 5,000 followers for $5 but we delivered only 3,000, the remaining 2,000 followers ($2) will be refunded to your account balance.

Important: Partial orders are not eligible for refills.

4. Start Count Definition

The start count is the current number of followers, likes, or views your post/page has when you place the order.

Example: If your Instagram page has 1,000 followers, the start count for your order will be 1,000.

5. Why Orders Get Cancelled

Sometimes the server may face issues and cancel your order. In such cases, the money will be automatically refunded to your balance. Simply place the order again.

6. Refill vs. No Refill Services

Services with "Refill" in their name come with a limited guarantee (check the service description for details).

Services with "No Refill" are not guaranteed and may drop at any time. If a "No Refill" service drops, we cannot provide a refill or refund.

7. Drip Feed Explained

Drip Feed lets you split your order into smaller parts over time.

Example: If you want 1,000 likes but prefer receiving 100 likes every 30 minutes:

Quantity: 100

Runs: 10 (for 10 times)

Interval: 30 (time in minutes)

Note: Do not exceed the maximum service quantity (e.g., if the max is 4,000, do not order 500 x 10 runs). Also, avoid setting the interval below the service’s start time.

8. Mass Order Instructions

Use the format: Service ID|Link|Quantity on each line.

Example: To add 1,000 followers to three accounts:

102|abcd|1000  

102|asdf|1000  

102|qwer|1000

it means the service currently has no drop issues, but it comes with no refill guarantee. Even if the service drops later, we cannot provide a refill.

10. Orders with Wrong Links

If you place an order with the wrong link, we cannot edit, change, or cancel it. Occasionally, the server may detect and cancel such orders, but this is not guaranteed.

11. Important Note

If the server marks an order as completed without delivery, we cannot provide a refund or refill.
