Delivery Policy
This policy explains how Faraz SMM processes and delivers digital services, how delivery times are estimated, what each order status means and what customers must do to avoid delays, cancellations or failed delivery.
Last updated: 24 July 2026Orders may start within minutes, but actual processing and completion can take longer because of order size, service demand, supplier capacity, platform changes or technical issues.
1. Digital Service Delivery
Faraz SMM provides digital social media and online marketing services. No physical products are sold, packaged, shipped or delivered by post.
Once payment is confirmed and an order is accepted, the order is submitted through the panel system for digital processing.
2. Start Time and Completion Time
Each service may have a different estimated start time and estimated completion speed. These estimates can change depending on the platform, supplier, order quantity and current load.
- Some orders may start within minutes.
- Large orders may require more time than smaller orders.
- High demand, maintenance or platform updates may slow delivery.
- Estimated time does not mean guaranteed completion by a fixed deadline.
3. Order Status and Tracking
Customers can track orders from the Order History page. The following statuses may appear during delivery:
The order has been received but processing has not started yet.
The order has entered the supplier or delivery system.
Delivery has started and the quantity may be increasing gradually.
The system has marked the order as delivered or fulfilled.
Only part of the quantity was delivered and the remaining value was adjusted.
The order could not continue and the applicable amount was returned to panel balance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate delivery depends on the information provided by the customer. Before placing an order, the customer must:
- Select the correct service for the intended platform and target.
- Provide the correct profile, post, page, video or channel link.
- Keep the target public unless the service specifically supports private accounts.
- Keep the username, URL and target content unchanged until delivery is complete.
- Enter a quantity within the service minimum and maximum limits.
- Review refill terms, delivery speed and service description.
5. Start Count and Delivered Quantity
The start count is the number of followers, likes, views or other engagement recorded when the order begins processing.
Delivery is normally measured from this count. Natural activity, previous orders, other providers or platform count updates can affect the visible result.
- Do not run multiple active orders on the same target at the same time.
- Do not remove existing engagement while an order is active.
- Allow time for the target platform to update visible counts.
6. Duplicate and Overlapping Orders
Placing two or more active orders on the same link can create incorrect start counts, overlapping delivery and refill verification problems.
Customers should wait until the first order is completed, cancelled or partially completed before placing another order for the same target.
7. Partial Delivery
If the full ordered quantity cannot be delivered, the order may be marked as Partial. The delivered amount remains completed and the value of the undelivered quantity is normally returned to the customer’s panel balance.
A partial adjustment is calculated according to the amount that could not be delivered.
8. Cancelled or Failed Delivery
An order may be cancelled because of an invalid link, private account, unavailable service, unsupported target, deleted content, changed username, supplier issue or platform restriction.
When cancellation is confirmed, the applicable amount is normally returned to panel balance. A cancellation does not usually mean a refund to the original payment method.
9. Refill and Post-Delivery Support
Refill is available only where the selected service clearly includes a refill period. Refill conditions, duration and eligibility depend on the service description.
Refill may not be available if the target becomes private, the username or link changes, the content is deleted, the start count decreases or another order affects the same target.
10. Delivery Delays and External Factors
Faraz SMM cannot control every factor involved in digital delivery. Delays may occur because of:
- Supplier or server maintenance.
- Sudden increases in order volume.
- Social media platform updates or restrictions.
- Payment confirmation delays.
- Internet, hosting or infrastructure issues.
- Security checks, fraud review or service replacement.
A delayed order does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund while the service remains active and delivery is still possible.
11. Completed Status and Missing Delivery Claims
If an order shows Completed, customers should compare the current count with the recorded start count and allow time for the social media platform to refresh visible statistics.
If delivery still appears missing, contact support with:
- The order ID.
- The target link.
- The recorded start count.
- The current count.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
12. No Physical Shipping
Faraz SMM does not ship physical goods, printed materials, packages or parcels. Shipping addresses, courier tracking numbers and postal delivery do not apply to the services available through the panel.
All fulfilment is digital and is recorded through the customer account dashboard.
Delivery Support
Contact support if an order remains delayed beyond the expected time or if delivery appears incomplete. Include the order ID and complete issue details.
